For several years, we have worked on Swansea Council chimney demolition contracts, safely removing several hundred chimney stacks.

Many older chimneys are no longer required and can deteriorate over time, allowing water to enter the property and cause leaks, damp walls and damage to the roof.

We provide a complete chimney demolition service, including arranging the scaffolding, removing the chimney stack—usually within one day—and clearing all brickwork and debris from your property. We then make good the roof using tiles or slates that closely match the existing materials.

Where demolition is not required, we can also remove any vegetation and repoint chimney stacks to protect them and improve their appearance.

If your chimney is currently in use, we will coordinate with a Gas Safe registered engineer to ensure the work is carried out correctly and safely.
